"Lawrence was so exceptional in every sense. His attention to detail and awareness to individual desires and moods was a thing of beauty to experience." "I have travelled the world and have stayed at many of the finest hotels throughout Europe and Asia, and I can confidently state that Lawrence is as fore-thinking and efficient as anyone I have met in the service profession.
He is a remarkable man, and we are quite pleased to have met him."
